This Island is situated at the town of Badoc, Ilocos Norte, just one (1) km. offshore to the nearest mainland. It is completely surrounded by South China Sea. The Land Area is 36.256 Ha. Not to consider the shoreline area which is half as much. It is covered by Land Title TCT No. 13238 of the Registry of Deeds of Laoag, Ilocos Norte which is further subdivided into Two – TCT-T-2993 and TCT-T-2994, both are being sold as one Island. It is also a Virgin Island, with no improvements and no squatters.
Badoc Town, is the birthplace of one of our National Heroes and world famous painter Juan Luna. It is a neighboring town of Curimao which is the site of an International Seaport. Badoc Town is just a stone's throw from Laoag International
Airport. Laoag International Airport likewise, is only 45 min. flight from Asian Countries like Taiwan and Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.
